Chili's Grill & Bar

I will definitely add this Chili’s back to my list of restaurants to frequent. Food was amazing, Spice-a-Rita was great. Our server, Ellis, was TOP NOTCH!! It had been a long time since I had been to Chili’s due to past experiences not being favorable…in fact down right horrible. It has truly made a complete 360!!

On way back we stopped for quick dinner. Options for vegetarian were less and they were not flexible with customization. All they could do was remove meat but could not add any replacement for that. Had Cajun pasta without meat . Food was ok not much wait time to get your food .

They were clearly understaffed today. Lots of takeout orders.

Trying to give them another chance after a multi year hiatus from this location. Sorry to say but this location still has slow, slow service, flat beer, and mediocre food.

I would just like to say, we just ate there and our food the service and atmosphere was amazing our server Courtney was fantastic so thank you very much Courtney from table 3 well atleast that's what the little tablet said when we paid you are a fantastic server and I hope you have a fantabulous night!!!!!

We arrived at 6:55 and we were seated immediately. However, we did not receive our food until 8. One of our waiter’s friend’s came in and got his food within 5-10 minutes. We waited a good 45-50 minutes for ours and we were seated a good 15-20 minutes before his friend came in. Our party was a party of 2. We didn’t order anything that takes a long time to prepare. The food finally came out and it was mediocre at best. The mac & cheese was cold, but at that point I didn’t even care anymore. I’m a local of Alexandria and I was hopeful that our Chili’s was finally turning around but I really don’t think so now. :(
