I went through the drive thru a few months ago and paid for a spicy chicken sandwich that I didn’t get. I called the store asking for a refund. They said they couldn’t give me a refund but would write my name down so I could get a free sandwich next time I came in. But today when I went to collect, they said I had only 30 days to get my sandwich. Therefore I’m SOL. The lesson learned here is to open a credit card dispute if something similar happens again.
the food and service are normal for chick-fil-a. the parking lot is a nightmare. if you need to do anything other than use the drive thru, good luck. The spots in the parking lot are always full, however there are always open spots reserved for verizon and the mattress store that are never being used. If all of the parking spots are full, which you can’t tell until you get to the end of the parking lot, you have no room to turn around because they have it blocked off for the drive thru. If you do find a spot and have to walk to the building, there are no pedestrian crosswalks. the parking lot is so small that you can’t even see all of the traffic coming. I truly do not know how this design got approved for such a busy area. please be careful with your kids.
Always fast! Always hot! Exceptional customer service! Always happy to make me lunch at breakfast time. They are the best!
The only issue is that the 2 drive-thru lines do not help each other. If one is struggling to take orders, that line has to wait twice as long

I went to get my birthday treat. I opted for the brownie which was OK. Nuthin spectacular. I did get an order of nuggets, and I note they added one extra! They are tasty little things. Parking: Their preparation for drive thru is amazing. CFA knows how to BE fast food without losing flavor and manners.
