El peronal muy amable!

This was definitely the worst experience I have had dining in a Chick-fil-a. Food is always great. My child wanted a different drink, and I wanted to teach him how to ask for what he wants. They ignored him constantly. I had to go myself given my injury and watch multiple people look at me, no smiles, and not acknowledge me. Until the cashier was done he was able to help but where is the “my pleasure“ service. Nobody walking around for refills either. At least the cashier helped me get drinks to the table (thus not 1 star) but it’s a great feeling knowing once they have your money you’re no longer important and convinced us not to ask for more drinks.

They lost the food the store lost the food or handed the order out incorrectly then they blame allegedly a previous driver... Then say the customer has to call customer care to get their order refunded we're not going to make the food for you.. okay I'm the driver I have the order in my app even if they were telling the truth what she was a bald-faced lie you guys still get double paid I have the order in my app give me the food so I can go give it to the customer.. I don't get paid to deal with your business and whatever happens on your end.. I get no money when you refused to give me the food even though I have the order in my phone I'm not the one who messed up you guys are a multi-billion dollar franchise corporation you spent a million dollars to open up one store.. when they are issues delivering your food you guys being the millionaires taking in tens of thousands of dollars a day in profit give the driver the food I barely profit $40 a day literally $40 a day after gas WORKING ALL DAY!!! BEFOR MAINTENANCE TO MY VEHICLE... BEFORE I EAT A DOLLAR OF FOOD... I DON'T GET PAID TO FIX YOUR ISSUES AND PROBLEMS.. IF THE DRIVER HAS THE APP AND THE ORDER YOU GIVE THE DRIVER THE FOOD WHAT THE HELL ELSE IS MANAGEMENT FOR?? TO TURN AWAY A POOR DELIVERY DRIVER SO YOU GUYS CAN KEEP MAKING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS A YEAR ??? I HAVE TO CONVEY TO THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU GUYS MESSED UP AND DIDN'T MAKE THE FOOD OR LOST THE FOOD OR HANDED IT OUT TO A BAD DRIVER ??? DON'T YOU THINK THAT'S A MANAGER WHO'S GETTING $20 AN HOUR ISN'T THAT THEIR JOB TO TAKE CARE OF THAT CALL THE CUSTOMER FACILITATE THAT IT'S NOT THE DRIVERS DEAL??????? I DON'T GET PAID WHEN YOU GUYS MESS UP.... Its YOUR JOB TO CALL THE CUSTOMER AND FACILITATE THE SOLUTION.. NOT MY JOB TO GET ON THE PHONE FOR 15 MINUTES AND NOT GET PAID FOR ANY OF IT... YOU FOLKS GET PAID 2 TIMES.. MAKE THE FOOD NEXT TIME AND GIVE IT TO THE DRIVER At this point I'm not coming back professionally or personally... Why would I help make you rich trash

Dietary restrictions: Since I'm lactose intolerant I request items with cheese to be removed, lactase does help but most of the time I like to not suffer the consequences of eating lactose
