Employee didn’t look our way twice just gave us our order, it’s was busy tho. Chic fil a food always slaps ‍↕️

Great food

Don’t bother with curbside. It takes upward of 15 minutes to get my food in the morning. I think I’m saving time avoiding the drive thru but I never have. Horrible. All I ordered was a 4 Ct mini and water. The staff are friendly and this Chick-fil-A is clean. But the parking is usually packed during the evening. But worth the wait for the food. updated- occasionally when I order pick up, they forget salt, other condiments when I had specifically asked for them. What has become a more of an annoyance is that charge extra for a large water. When I’m already spending $12 for a meal for one, I would expect all water to be free. I hate that they still try to nickel and dime me, and it seems to optional per location, and the north point chick fil a never charges extra. Update- if that’s the case, it should only be charged in store, and not the drive thru. If you wanted to deter that action, why wouldn’t all water cost 25 cents?
