This location consistently delivers high-quality service, and the food is always freshly prepared. I have dined in and used their drive-through and have always been satisfied with my experience. The play area inside is often busy with kids but well-kept.

I placed an online order through the Chick-Fil A at 8:15am this morning for an at home food delivery. There were no updates on the app and my delivery time kept changing every 30 minutes. I called the store repeatedly and no response. I waited until 9:45am and decided drive to the store myself. Come to find out this location did not open until 10:30am for observance of July 4th. Why was the store accepting online orders if the kitchen isn’t open? This is a frustrating experience and I will think twice before ordering here.

Let me start by saying that I am a Chick-fil-A Red member - I eat at their restaurants all over the country ALOT. For a chain that has consistent, high-quality food, this location’s quality is by far the worst that I have ever experienced. I ordered a large fry that was only about 2/3 full with cold, soggy, inedible, fries. I ordered ketchup and received instead, Chick-fil-A sauce. The sandwich was warm but over-cooked. I would like to say this was a one-off issue but reading through other recent comments, it looks like a real issue for this location.

I placed an online order through the app for 3 drinks to be delivered. When the app notified me that my order had arrived I looked out my window and my door to not see a car or my drinks. When I called the store they said the driver didn’t take a picture because of that there is not proof. Then whoever answered the phone said that they had the driver and the drinks next to them they asked if I wanted a gift card for drinks and I said I wanted to get the drinks I paid for they acted shocked like I wouldn’t want what I paid for Instead of a gift card they would probably only give me half of my money. NEVER ordering at this store again.

I placed an online order through the Chick-Fil A app this morning for food delivery. I waited for an hour and no updates on my phone. The store had a sign outside saying they opened at 10:30am. Why was the store accepting online orders if the store wasn't open? Waste of my time.

Chick-fil-A? More like Cheap-Fil-A! I pay for a large fries and they give me the same amount as a small, just stuffing sauces to disguise it. If you can, go to another Chick-Fil-A, they have far better and more generous service.

Love the location. Very busy. Great service.
