Very loudly complain, so my girlfriend can hear it, about me wanting to use a restroom to which they didn't even give me full code. So in the end no ability to use it, but lot of complaints from the employees.
Worst Starbucks Service Ever! 100% focused on the lady in this photo. While I have never been this negative, I decided to read the other reviews for this site in case I was "just having a bad day." Unfortunately for Starbucks Whiele Metro, there are many, many other negative reviews. Summary: 1) I'm a Starbucks regular with the Starbucks App and over $100 to buy lattes for me and friends. 2) I was late for Metro and needed to pee before getting my latte (us 67 year old men), 3) the lady in the picture refused to give me the bathroom code. I showed her my app and handed her $5.00. I'm about to pee in my pants and not interested in peeing on your floor. 4) She refused service and showered me with disrespect. Then the Asian lady looking away in the picture gave me the code. 5) I suggest you review and train your people. DISAPPOINTED.
I’ve been coming to this location frequently as I use the metro to go to work. Yesterday the male barista tried to be slick and add a 15% tip while I looked away during an Apple Pay transaction. In the grand scheme of things is $1 that big of a deal? No. Is what he did disrespectful? Absolutely. You need to do better.

Slow no customer. Yet it still took 15 minutes to make a simple tea. Was going to dine in but everything was so slow had to take it to go
After 2 hours in my car I chose this Starbucks to plug in my Tesla & was excited to get an espresso & relax. I was limping & dying to use the bathroom but was refused even after confirming I would buy something & basically begged. I was clearly not a bum & found this extremely rude. This has never happened to me anywhere in NY or NJ. Manager should allow employees to use discretion. Ended up sitting in my car while charging. Super disappointing.
