The food tastes the same as any chick fil a, so no complaints there BUT this is the slowest chick fil a I have ever been too. Friends have said the same thing.

TOO SLOW!! We have all been patient with this Chick-fil-A given that they recently opened within the past few months. But they seem to be getting worse instead of better in their speed and efficiency.

This is a new store at Rt 15 and 114 in Mechanicsburg, PA. Great service and comfortable dine in area. With a two lane drive-through for fast service on the go!

A newer Chic Fil A just getting into the swing of running. They were a little slow but very apologetic.

Slow as molasses. So typically when we go to a Chick-fil-a it’s not because we want to leisurely take in the sights and sounds of Mechanicsburg, it’s because we need something quick but with good quality. I get that it’s new but we’re going on 3 months now and the kinks should be worked out. 20 minutes in the order ahead drive thru line is a bit lengthy. I could’ve drove to the Camp Hill location and gotten food and driven back faster. I want them to succeed so hopefully this improves soon. I’m careful about my reviews and after several bad experiences here I had to leave feedback. One time they gave us fries that were only half full and we didn’t realize it until we got home. Sort of frustrating.

This Chick-Fil-A is embarrassing, is not even close to the normal standards. My mac and cheese was soupy and disgusting. Fries were half filled. Its just a bunch of high school kids working that don't know what they're doing. Go to the Chick Fil A on Carlisle pike, they do it right there.
