Very Consistent Very Good Food and Service

Wow! Last night I was blown away by the friendly, efficient service that we had when we came for dinner close to 8 pm! At least 4 different workers asked how our meal was, could they get us anything else, and asked if we needed a refill! The cashier was super friendly and personable! Of course the food was just as it should be and the restaurant was clean. In an age where it’s hard to find good help, especially at a fast food restaurant, somehow they have managed to find young, enthusiastic and friendly individual to work for them! Kudos

I went through the drive thru before work around 6:30AM to get breakfast. I was the only car there and was first sent to the window to place my order because apparently I was in the mobile app lane only. This was no problem because maybe I should have paid more attention. It was when I got to the window I was sent to park in a number to PLACE my order. When the girl came to me to take my order her card reader wasn’t working. She then went back to get another one and that one wasn’t working either. So then she asked me if she could take my card inside to place the order. At this point I had already been there for almost 15 minutes and my order still wasn’t placed when they could’ve just taken my order and I paid at the window or the girl standing in the line could’ve taken it since there was not any other cars? I left because it was a very inconvenient experience and I never have these type of problems with Chick-fil-A.

My wife and I did a mobile order with the new “Mobile Thru” option for a quicker experience. Yes it was quick, but we wanted 2 avocado lime ranch dressings. There is no where to add that on the app, so I typically ask for it and pay for it extra. When I got my food I asked for it and the person who brought my food grabbed two dressings but then was stopped by what looked like the manager who told him to tell me that I couldn’t order that unless I got a salad and I would have to go around the drive thru since I was the in the special “mobile thru” line. So the guy put the dressings back and told me I couldn’t order them. So I parked my car, went inside and ordered the extra sauces. The guy at the register went and grabbed the dressings from the fridge and the same manager asked what are you getting as he looked over at me and didn’t say anything. Very annoying and unprofessional experience. I understand my issue is over 2 extra dressings, but it’s the fact that I was willing to pay and had to park and go back inside just to get them after the manager telling his team I couldn’t. And in the end, THEY DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME, so what was the issue with it anyway??

Chick-fil-A is always great, however, this time was even better! I had the chicken strips for the first time and they are fabulous!

Service was great, but wish was an option to have my Gluten-Free sandwich actually put together like the regular sandwich.
