Chick-fil-A

The staff here is one of the nicest and most helpful staff that I've seen at a Chick-fil-A, and that's saying a lot with how friendly Chick-fil-As are in general. I saw the staff take an order at the table for two elderly folks so that they wouldn't have to go to the counter. Food was prepared quickly and hot.

My mom went through the drive through to get two Cobb salads and asked for the same dressing for both. She was told they would have to charge her for the second dressing so she said she didn't want the second dressing, so instead of taking the dressing off they took the whole second salad off? That makes no sense.

Chick fil a is one of our favorites but the one on Timberlake rd needs to do better! I ordered a large fry along with a 30 count nuggets for my kids dinner when I get home I see that the large fry is only filled half way not even enough for a small fry. DO BETTER!

Last times we’ve been there, fries are 2/3 full. We kept going back to see if it would improve, perhaps it was a mistake but no, the issues persists. This last time it was worse. I rather drive longer and go back to my favorite which is Wards Road, where they serve food as they should. The staff is great and restaurant is very clean but they need to fix that issue.
