Chick fil A is efficient and has a pleasant service. The food is tasty...price is acceptable compared to other similar restaurants. My issue is their App...too confusing to this old man, not easy to use, & limits your take out points. I tried for minutes to open the App at a UK Wildcats Basketball game...could not/just buffered. I did not get their advertised promotion (this has happened twice).

This was the slowest moving Chick-fil-A drive-through I've ever been thru. It was busy, but most are.

I dined in at 6 pm during a busy time. The dining room was filthy. I mentioned it to the staff and they did nothing about it. The food was cold. Management needs to do something.
