Always good fast friendly service

I have been close to leaving a bad review on this store multiple times but today takes it. My friend and I placed mobile orders, when we arrived we let them know our names and said no rush. After my friend got his bag he noticed there was no chicken biscuit in it. He made the staff aware and they verified twice that the biscuit was not in the bag. After 5 minutes of waiting they accused him of taking the biscuit out like he was trying to get another one, like we are poor and helpless. He did not take the biscuit out and had to be embarrassed in front of other customers due to the workers negligence. And to the old lady working the front, are you supposed to be on your phone and touching people with your gloves then sticking them in customer food bags?? DISGUSTING!!!! To the guy making food in the back, I love you and you are the only reason I come to this store. Also there was no one in the line or drive thru and they were fully staffed

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The employees are warm and nice. The drive thru moves very smoothly and easily.

Sometimes you get a distracted order taker. It depends on location, once a week visit always is an adventure. They do however always try to correct their mistakes.
