I was at the location (04010) in Greensboro & the person in the drive thru taking the ORDER WAS VERY RUSHING & IMPATIENT, especially when I told them could they please wait a moment, I was with my grandmother so she had me reading off the menu items based on certain dietary guidelines her Doctor gave her. I was assisting her & the person over the headset consistent asking how may I help you not giving me a chance to help my grandmother. At the time there WAS NO OTHER CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU & I had ONLY BEEN SITTING THERE MAYBE 30 seconds. Chick-Fil-A USED TO BE THE GOLD STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HERE LATELY THAT HAS FALLEN TO WAIST SIDE, even my grandmother was APPALLED. I HATE WE EVEN WENT TO THAT LOCATION. Sauces weren’t given & then they only gave 2, ESPECIALLY with the amount food ordered, lemonade was VERY BITTER.
