This solely off my experience today. Normally, we love this chick fil a. My kids ask to go to this specific one and the standard at least twice a week. Today the experience was horrible. It was solely after receiving the food. I’m not sure if they were short today but literally we were missing everything. We received drinks no straws, ordered 3 8ct meals and didn’t receive any of the sauces we asked for. No napkins. And one of the nuggets was a 5ct. Before even recognizing any of this I looked in the bag and before pulling off and saw we were missing sauces. I noticed the person before us was giving one of the girls a hard time and she was over it so I made sure to thank her for giving us our food. Once I recognized we didn’t have the sauces I went inside to ask for them. I was greeted with a smile only for her to go to the back and announce “She came in” assuming I was the woman before me. They proceed to look and notice I wasn’t her, we locked eyes and then she tries to save face with a smile. Over all as someone who frequents this location. Do better with the treatment of your customers.
Great atmosphere, fresh food, and spectacular service.
Did the regular drive thru for my first visit, the attendant taking orders was very kind and quick. However the wait for the actual food was extremely long for the amount of cars in line, there was no explanation for the wait and it wasn’t even fresh hot as if the wait was for fresh food, it was average temperature for a drive thru pick up. Decided to give the store another try with the mobile drive thru order and was disappointed again. I was the only person in that lane waiting for my order and proceeded to watch 4 cars that did the regular drive thru well after me getting their orders, mind you all I had was 4 count mini, hash browns and a ice coffee. Again no explanation, the staff member was not friendly and the food wasn’t even warm. Not worth the stop, just visit the other location on Archer.
