It's always a pleasure going here. Had a gift card that was having a problem being read. Jacob, a well-trained employee, did it manually take the rest of my order and then had the manager deal with it.
Slowest chick fil a I’ve been to. Probably because they adopted the 2 drive thru system but don’t employ enough employees to run it, they also don’t use the second lane when handing food out. Take notes from mandarin chick fil a on how to run a drive thru. Don’t adopt the layout of 2 drive thru and not use it as intended.
