The new design makes getting food even slower if that’s possible. I order on the app and ended up getting my food before the 8 cars in front of me so it was cold by the time I got home. I’m not sure if you need more employees, but the amount of time to order and get food has doubled since they reopened.

Reopen as drive thru only. Simply AWFUL! Pullwd up with about 5 ahead of us in line, and took 30+ minutes to get through. And it's not like they had to cook everything. Finally got the food (if you can call it that), and the fries were many hours old, and the chicken was just as bad. Layout is comically bad. One order order stops the line for 10-15 minutes at a time, and there is no way to exit the line. They have no provisions to take very slow orders out of line to move things along. And again, they you get absolutely ridiculously AWFUL stall food. Would rate it as -5 if I could. "AWFUL" just not bad enough to describe how bad this was all the way around. It should never be that stall, especially at the peak busy time when turnover should be extreme. There simply aren't many items needed for the entire menu, and should turn over fast, not hours.

Great food. Love the fries that go to my love handles. Still delicious Vegetarian options: Not many veggie options but the salads are pretty good just make sure it is made vegetarian otherwise it may have chicken or bacon crumbs

Stopped by here to pick up my online order and got it pretty quick. I guess a little too quick because the lid on my drink was not on completely and my drink spilled all over my shirt.

I was very confused by the worker taking my order. I ordered two meals and had to ask for drinks. Then, after removing my hash browns from the order for some reason, I had to explain again that I wanted the meals. I finally communicated that I wanted biscuits with drinks and with hash browns (aka a meal), we got the wrong biscuits. I ordered chicken and got sausage. Almost $10 each for a meal. It would have been better to order in the app and pick it up.

As good as Chick-fil-A is expected to be.
