I don't usually write reviews unless it's to boost a small business, and I don't usually have a bad experience with Chick-fil-A, for they are known to have stellar customer service. Today, however, I got the worse disrespectful and belittling customer service by the manager at this location while he handed my food to me in drive-thru. I ordered a kids meal and requested the ice cream, noticing it was missing from my bag. The guy next to this manager said "oh sure let me get that for you", meanwhile the manager keeps trying to shu me off like I'm a nuisance for asking and trying to throw my food to me aggressively. He then proceeded in saying "Thanks for holding up my drive thru line. Next time, make sure you order correctly if you change your mind." I responded with "I didn't change my mind. This comes with my meal, and I never got it, so I'm asking now to get it." And he repeated what he said: "No, you DID change your mind. Thanks for holding this drive thru up." And he sighed obnoxiously. Someone like this should NOT be representing this company and tarnishing Chick-fil-A's representation. Disgusting behavior and treatment.
I had used the mobile app to customize a side salad. While waiting for my order, a guy who I assumed to be the manager confronted me and said I shouldn’t have ordered my food the way I did. I thought he was making banter but he was actually upset at me because they now had to make it a cobb salad… I used the app as intended and that is inconveniencing them? So yeah, avoiding this particular location moving forward.

Worst chick-fil-a there is. Slowest customer service, slowest line, food wrong and out of order. what a mess this place is.
Traveled with our SBA class from Lambert High School. They did a great job.
