We tried to do a pickup order waited 30 minutes and never got are food. So we called and they said we would have to come in and get it. When we went in are food was cold we asked if they could remake it. They said they would only do a refund or take the cold food.
Starting to go downhill. I go here once a week for years. The filets are half the size they used to be. Barely any chicken. All breading. And it's obviously oversaturated because the lines are absurdly long at lunch time. Often out the door. Corporate must be too cheap to build another location. I guess they are letting this once great location go to pot. Sad!
Chick Fil A is tuning into another McDonald's. Our business orders lunch from here and spends $60-$100 every time we order. The last 3 times they have forgot to put a sandwich in the bag. This means one of the employees have to wait to eat during lunch hour because they can't seem to get it right! Today we ordered and of course we had to drive back because a sandwich was not placed in our bag. 6 sandwiches and 6 fries. How hard is it? I explained to the manager how this is the 3rd time this has happened. She took my receipt got me my sandwich. Not a I'm sorry, Nothing! I'm sorry but after 3 times of this happening something else should have been done. All 3 times I was never offered a refund, free fry for driving back, Nothing!! So unprofessional! We will take our business somewhere else that appreciates Their customers.. Sad such a great business is being ran by lazy unprofessional people.
Our order was missing multiple items and the fries were only half full and the manager did not seem to care. We had to ask a different worker to get us our missing food after the manager was not helpful.
