I've been a Cary native for most of my life and have been coming to this location for years.. Ever since I noticed the change in staff, the customer service has gotten worse. The food doesn't even taste the same, it's either overcooked or undercooked. And they RARELY get my order right, which I've experienced ONLY at this location so far. The people who stand outside are very short and unpleasant when taking your order... I drive around to see which employees are outside before joining the line to avoid getting my day ruined. I used to love this location, now I avoid it.. Sucks because this is the closest one to my house.

We LOVE Chick fil a, and get it a couple times a month. The first time we came to this location was a Saturday summer afternoon around 2pm and waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes. They didn't seem to have the system that other locations have of taking orders ahead of the window, but once you are in the line you are stuck. We have tried to come back a couple other times mid week and the drive through situation always takes such an unreasonaly long time that we will opt to go someplace else instead.
Ordered a small fry and a drink. Fries were dark, stale, and way over salted to eat. There were a good amount of broken fries over actual pieces. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, but this order seemed too easy. I’m surprised.
