Chick-fil-A

I’ve given this location several chances and I can equivocally say this is the worst Chick-fil-A location I ever visited. Be prepared to wait anywhere form 20 to 50 minutes in the drive through line. If you go inside, you will still wait a solid 20 minutes for your food. Not sure if this is a reflection of the management but something is terribly wrong with the service here.

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered at 10:52, estimated time was 20 min. It’s been almost an hour and, still waiting. Dining room is packed with people waiting to pick up mobile orders. DoorDashers have been here over an hour…..

Entered restaurant at 1040. They were not taking counter orders because they were still backed up from breakfast. Totally understandable. I went ordered through the mobile app. 10-19 minute wait. Ok it's busy. I get it. My son and I wait. At 11, they open back up counter service. 1st counter customer has a sandwich meal gets it within 5 minutes. Next one receives their food. Mother, grandmother and 2 kids get their food. Another family of four, food......their orders as big if not bigger than mine. Counter person checks. Has no idea. Not a complicated order. It took over 45 minutes to receive our order. I can see 20. 30 at the outer limits. I don't get irritated very easily. I was today. They delivered food to 15 people from the counter who came in 15 to 25 minutes after I did. I'm not an entitled person, but this was absurd. I will say the wait staff passed by several times clearly observing no food and that we had been there for an extended amount of time. Did not ask once. So, there it is. My experience. It happens, but yeah. Can't please everyone.

Just waited half an hour for 2 sandwiches that were barely warm

Very very slow. They might of remolded the building but you will still wait a half hour or more

Be prepared to wait........................... and wait some more after you wait. This is definitely not the same after reopening.

I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. There were only 3 cars in front of me. The young lady that brings the orders to the cars was nowhere to be found, a car honked and she went back to the window to get our orders and told the employees inside that she saw her friend in line so she took the food to her first and had to chat for a while.

Driving south on I-95 saw the sign for Chick-fil-A. First it's about 2.5 miles off the highway and a little hard to see any signage as you exit. Found a newer and very busy place that seems to be understaffed. Drive thru was really slow and stacked up so we sat inside. Took a few minutes to place our order and about 10 minutes to receive it which was better than the folks wanting to go orders. Food was typical hot and delicious so no complaints on that end. I had the Chicken Soup, Cobb salad Bill the #1 combo and again both were as expected.
