Chick-fil-A

So, my husband and I came through earlier this evening, and got Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately both of our Mac and cheese had a hair in both. Now. I know what your thinking...'why would you leave a great review? That's gross.' And I'll tell you why. Regardless of this, we've gone here for a while, even came by tbe day of our wedding, and did lunch here, with my family and his family (bless them not causing an issue for so many of us here in one go.) and they've always gone above and beyond. Tonight was no different. When we found a hair in my Mac and cheese, we figured, it happens, but wasn't a big deal I just wouldn't eat it. Until...he had one in his, then we thought what are the odds, there is no way..but it was, we drove through their drive thru, and got I believe his name was David. (I feel awful i couldnt remember his name, he was wonderful!) He apologized beyond what we even really expected, a simple were sorry, was okay and more then we even wanted, but he went above and beyond, made sure we got a replacement of each, and refunded us for both our mac and cheese. Which is more then I can say for any other fast-food establishment in bangor, or anywhere. While, yeah, it wasnt what we wanted in our Mac and cheese, the just willingness to make it right, we definitely will be continuing to go. First and only issue we have ever had there, and they handled it a lot better then we would imagine from a fast food place Would recommend

The chicken would have to he the best out of all of the fast food I've tried. Definitely the waffle fries were my favorite part of the meal. Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes chicken.

It was delicious we don't have one here .Use to have one right next door in va it is a miss.The food was worth the wait

Friendly restaurant where they call you by name. My kid loved the chicken nuggets she got there better than the "other" place.
