Some of the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. The fries were cold and soggy, the service wasn’t good, and they left off my Chick-fil-A sauce. The sweet tea tasted like water with a little sugar. Completely disappointing.
Always a good experience. The location can be very busy, but that is the nature of Chick-fil-A. Overall, the service definitely should be a bit quicker and a bit more organized, based on the service at other locations, but it doesn't take away much from the overall experience. Vegetarian options: Salads, fries, shakes available for vegans. Parking: Parking garage is located directly across from the location. Kid-friendliness: Clean and friendly atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, restrooms, and seating.
Elisa has singlehandedly RUINED my viewpoint of Chic Fil A. No longer is this a place of feeling welcomed but dread due to their lack of customer service. Not only were we not greeted whatsoever but felt chastised and gaslit when informing them our order was wrong to which they rudely insisted we were the ones in the wrong. I used to love this location but it’s seems like they just hire anyone these days. Elisa, do better.
Employee did not get my order right. The manager did nothing to help and blamed me for not knowing how to order.
I greeted the worker before she took my order and was not greeted back. When Elisa took my order she repeated it wrong so I corrected her and she insisted that it was what she said as I watched her go back and make the proper changes. I’ve never went to a chick fil a and received such rude service.
Our experience here is not representative of the excellent customer service at most Chick Filet locations. We have to drive 20 minutes to get to this location. We placed an order inside at the counter to make certain that our son could receive safe food since he has celiac disease and requires the “red flag” allergy order that is known at all Chick Filet locations. We ordered a regular non-allergy meal and then the red flag allergy order for our son who needed grilled nuggets on his Cobb salad. We got home and learned that not only did the location not give us the sauces we requested, but despite the receipt clearly stating a red flag gluten free grilled chicken salad, my son’s salad came with breaded chicken on top. When I called the location, not only was the supposed manager completely uncaring about their error, she seemed annoyed at my informing her that my family had to drive back another 20 minutes to get the meal we requested. By that time, the other meals were cold. When we requested to have both of the meals replaced since all chicken and fries were cold, this was done reluctantly. In fact, the manager sort of conveyed the problem was our fault when they clearly caused the mess up. “My pleasure” is not taken seriously as this location.
Just got home and there is a long black hair in my ice cream I can’t make this up
