Chicken Salad Chick

My wife and I went for lunch. Ordered and waited 30 mins bc the kitchen doesn't work orders, in the order that they are receiving them. Party of 10 came in and I watched them order as we waited. Then their food came out before ours. Make it make sense. Then they get an attitude w us bc we addressed the issue.

I frequent this CSC location and am always so impressed by the level of quality and customer service that I receive. I am consistently met with smiling faces and great conversation when I stop in. I visited tonight for dinner and the Monday night team was outstanding! By far one of my favorite places to eat in Greensboro.

Went during lunch hour and it was busy as I expected it would be. However there was a line for the ordering and the register line but there was also one for the pickup online orders. There’s a system in place that should have been a pick up and go. They have a shelf but there were no orders on it. They were asking for names and pulling them from the back but we’d been waiting a few minutes. Again not terrible but when you’re on a limited time lunch break and it’s supposed to be ready, you trust that it will.

Great fresh menu items. Friendly staff. Great location.

Very very good. Will definitely be back.
