Best chicken salad in ga!!

The staff here are so very welcoming and helpful! Alaijah Helped me through the drive-through today with five orders, and she was so sweet and so helpful and for that, I will definitely be back again soon!

I eat here all the time. Tried their toasted croissant melt w/my favorite, Jalapeño Holly, and it was delicious. I love Chicken Salad Chick, so I always recommend trying their food.

On yesterday my lunch with the Fayetteville location was fantastic. I got reassured by the manager that my order would be right. I later learned that they were training new personnel. Walking out satisfied with my meal it wasn't until today that I realized I had left my wallet. So a few moments ago I called to ask if I had left my wallet. The manager Tony said "it's in the safe". In these times it's nice to know I can trust chicken salad chicken with my food health and they won't abuse my wallet. Lol

I had never been to one of these. 1st time and loved it. Traditional southern chicken salad for me. Excellent. Super friendly people.

The loaded potato soup is outstanding! Service was great as well.
