Everytime I got there they are always nice and friendly in the drive thru

The food is great but the service is even better. Alex(shift lead) is always very pleasant and has the best customer service. We visit this Chick N Max once a month and he is usually the one who takes our drive thru order and greets us at the window. The whole team is outstanding!

Our family of 7 likes the options. Our oldest proclaims the fries are the best, and #4 is touring all of the wing sauces. #3 loves the mac-n-cheese. And I love how kind and family friendly the staff is. Kid-friendliness: The staff is patient as the kids ask questions about spices and flavors, and they are always kind about refills.

Fantastic customer service. Alex was very friendly and informative. He checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Great cornbread too!

Only been there twice and it's been awesome both times

Stopped in hadn't been there before. Quite impressed Excellent food ,great staff and reasonable prices .I'll definitely be back in to try other items on the menu .Kid friendly too grab a kids meal they'll love it Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu
