In 2000 a team of 6 owners & managers came together with more than a century's worth of restaurant experience to open Chicago Sam's Sports Bar & Grille. The idea was to open a sports bar with the good looks of a "chain" yet maintain the heart & soul of a local "pub". The founding principal remains, Chicago Sam's Enfield is a place that ANYONE can come to for a bite to eat, a refreshing cocktail, laugh with friends & watch the game in a FUN, SAFE, CLEAN, WELCOME ATMOSPHERE. That thinking & determination has led to 16 years of success & the expansion of our sister locaion in 2011, Chicago Sam's Cromwell.
