Chef Jean "Frenchie" was born in Paris and lived more than 25 years in the south of France in such cities as Nice, Cannes and Monaco, where he learned the culinary art of French cuisine. A chef and restaurant operator in Florida for more than 35 years, most recently as the operator of Di Mare for over twelve years along with his wife Edyta, Chef Frenchie has assembled a staff dedicated to making your visit an exceptional — and relaxing — fine dining experience.
