The moment you walk in, you are hit with a swamp of humidity and the smell of stale, wet mushrooms. Tables and chairs are packed so close together that people are practically eating off of their neighbor's plates. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and the service was slow, but at least the food was hot. The soup had maybe two spoonfuls of the ingredients the soup was said to have and the rest was a watery broth/cream hybrid, like they tried to mix two soups of the day into one pot to save space or something. The crepes were good, though. Good enough to bump up the stars to two instead of one. But jeez. I don't think I've ever had quite that unpleasant of an experience at a dining establishment in KC. Not worth the money unless you walk in, order a take-out crepe, and go. Parking: There isn't parking, just the side of the road. You're gonna have to park about 6 blocks away and walk unless you get lucky. Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely no wheelchair accessibility. The whole neighborhood isn't wheelchair accessible.
