This place is great and you should eat here. Got the deluxe vegan platter and our only problem was we got full before we could eat it all. Service staff is friendly and the venue is welcoming.

My recent dining experience at Chercher Ethiopian Restaurant & Mart offered a pleasant taste of Ethiopian cuisine, though it was accompanied by some notable areas for improvement. The restaurant presents a typical selection of Ethiopian dishes, with the beef tibs being a standout in terms of flavor. However, the beef was slightly tougher than expected, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. The most significant issue I encountered was the prolonged waiting time. Despite visiting during a non-peak hour, it took an unexpectedly long 45 minutes for the food to arrive. This extended wait time could be a point of frustration for diners, especially those with time constraints or those who come in with higher expectations based on the restaurant's reputation.

Came here while traveling. Had wonderful meal shared with friends, authentic Ethiopian beer, and the tibs were awesome.

UPDATE - another delicious meal at our favorite Ethiopian restaurant. I'm not a vegetarian but their vegetarian combinations could keep me very happily fed. December 2023. PREVIOUS VISIT My husband and I went today for his birthday dinner - he declared it a best birthday. We had the deluxe vegetarian. Several items we'd never had or seen before. All delicious. Our server was sweet and patiently answered our questions. We look forward to future visits.
