The lady is so friendly! She waved at us as we drove by so we turned around to get some bubble tea and it was so fantastic!

The boba is very good. They make their boba fresh daily. In addition the people working are always super friendly and accommodating. Definitely my new favorite boba spot!

This is the best place to get a bubble tea!! Very warm amd welcoming ladies. They ware masks. Love the green tea matcha, thai tea, vanilla chai and taro flavors. I usually get mine blended. There are hot and iced options as well. Not a fan of boba...not an issue to order without it. Great service even on busy days. Worth the wait. Try them today!

I liked the bubble tea. Both taro & rose milk tasted good with adjustments to ice & sweetness. Service was very slow cos only a lady took the order & made the drinks too. There is no seating, in fact u stand on the pavement & order. They have closed the entrance with a table.
