CHEF JULIO GARCIA Cheff Che Cafe Cheff Che was founded by Chef Julio Garcia who was born in Mexico City and immigrated to New York at the age of 16. Carried by his passion for food, he worked in different restaurants, starting from a dishwasher to becoming a manager. During the pandemic, due to the effort to get out of the crisis in which our entire community was experiencing, he decided to start a new chapter in his life by creating Cheff Che Empanadas from his garage.
