Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Went to Chaddars after the movies on a date with my girl. It started off pretty good with being greeted and sat down. We talked a little and got our waters. Server was cool at first but later became a problem. Was not that many people in the restaurant either. We get our Crossiant Rolls but no napkins or silverware. We kindly asked for both and she kind of got an attitude. I ordered an appetizer and we both had to eat with our hands. Server came back for our Entrees and after ordering we asked again for silverware and napkins. 12 minutes go by and our Entrees came out but still no silverware or napkins. We asked another server that was passing by for silverware and napkins and she brought them over promptly. Food was warm and not hot even with the fast time out the kitchen. I only got a refill on my water when i paid for the bill and had to drink water from my date's glass. Floors were dirty with food and debri all over the place but employees were steady talking to each other having full blown conversations. We actually didn't eat much and took our food to go to eat later. Definitely won't be going back. Still ended up tipping half of our bill amount even though my girl said no.

Just left Cheddar’s had the worst service I have had. Server never checked on us and we never got refills etc i had to pack my own to go it was ridiculous

Reasonable priced, quick and friendly service and great food!

I can't say anything bad at all. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Price was reasonable.
