Always stop here when traveling to NC. My favorite BBQ anywhere!

Absolutely delicious good and service

First time eating here and sadly found a hair sitting on my fries.

The Checkered Pig review.......... First and foremost the service was exceptional Collard greens and kyro syrup=stop it Smoked chicken = don't cook it for 3 weeks in the desert sun and rehydrate it with liquid smoke Mac&cheese= as expected by visual, bland and could paste the new billboard add up Asking the server who hurt the owner priceless and worth the price of the meal

Best breakfast in town! Four egg omelettes and a huge biscuit everything is good.

Bit over priced for what they serve. Now there's a service charge if you don't pay with cash. Not sure it's worth going back.

They have good food but they don't honor times if you have a pick up you will be waiting for a.while and they don't care

HOLD THE PRESSES: I gave a pretty good review with just a bit of concern that I could not get breakfast at 10:30 and turned away at the door. After I posted this review I came across the second photo from the actual business for their breakfast serving times. If not going to serve till your posted times, take down or edit your serving times please. .......................................................... So I work in Danville third/Graveyard shift. Then drive 45 mins home. I found out this placed served breakfast and gave it a try before going home. Food was good , I had an Omelet and Hash Browns. The only negative I have is they are not like local diners. They apparently stop breakfast by 10:30am. I stopped by a second time and at 10:30am I was turned away. I was offered lunch menu but was told it would be a little bit of a wait time to transition over. If I understood the girl at the podium. I will return, but just have to make sure I get out of work early enough to make their time limit for breakfast not brunch. (Photo was to share from my first visit.)
