Nice little place and clean has lots of choices and soya milk option too. Staff are knowledgeable but lacking in customer service and friendliness slightly but I would return here.

I had a really nad experience today at chatime. The guy who took our order was so rude and doesn't have the patience to explain anything. I'm never coming back here

Would recommend to anyone who enjoys sweet drinks, especially bubble tea + fruit drinks. Have a nice variety of drinks and topping, extremely nice furnishing too. Although they aren't selling their products like thrift clothes it's still an affordable price, worth it if you're trying to enjoy yourself once in a while.

Visited twice, and the service experience was really poor. Initially, I brought friends for the second visit due to the good taste of the bubble tea. However, I haven't returned since because the service attitude was truly problematic.

A very nice place to sit together and enjoy tea drinks. The service is amazing and the staff are kind. I have also tried Egg Waffles with Ice Cream with my family. It was delicious and everyone liked it. One thing I would like to point out is the internet connectivity inside the store. Data connectivity is not very strong, and no designated Wi-Fi network is available for the public. It would also be great if more ice cream flavours and non-dairy options(for ice cream)are available. On the whole, Chatime is a great place to get together and enjoy food and drinks. Would definitely recommend! Parking: The parking lot is accessible but there is no guarantee that we will find vacant spaces, especially later in the day.
