The best worker meet so far super nice and sweet Akina I love you so much you were so sweet and patient with me! And the drink was great I loved it!

Drink is 5 stars because I like it. Service is 4 stars because it’s busy. Atmosphere is 5 stars because I ❤️ square one.

Didn't serve properly, I had specifically asked less ice. However, I got the opposite, and the server was in a hurry . Giving 1 star for service

PLEASE WATCH OUT I FOUND A METAL BOLT IN MY DRINK! Usually, I visit this location but my recent order brought much concern. Close to finishing my Jasmine Jade Milk Tea, I sipped a tiny metal bolt with my tapioca and jelly. I’m very thankfully to have caught it before choking on it. THIS EXPERIENCE MAKES ME NERVOUS TO EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

While the drinks are good, the service is extremely slow. There are no cashiers anymore, only ONE self-serve kiosk. The wait time to place my order was 15 minutes, and another 10 to receive it. A truly terrible experience.

The people were friendly , but the 4 bubble teas we ordered were not properly mixed, we could feel the lumps in it, and when I went to ask to please fix it they said I needed to pay more money. Not coming back to the Swuare one location
