Great experience we took our family here to try out the new Cha Time and it did not disappoint. Owner was super sweet, great customer service, great & friendly staff to assist with questions you may have. We got to try the new flavors for the Macaroon Pina Colada and our kids, loved it!!! Thank you so much. Highly recommend you check this place out for great prices and authentic taste for Bubble Tea and Drinks, they have something for everyone.

Very friendly staff.. extremely helpful. Answered all of my queries with a sweet smile on their faces Both Anant and Mufiza did a great job. We loved their signature tea boba, and kids love their chocolate and mango ones Now, this is going to my fav boba place in Milton.

Beware of this location as they're not doing honest business! I visited this Chatime location with a friend on a Saturday, March 30th evening to buy some drinks. Everything went well. I got my drinks and had no complaint until later that night, when I was checking the receipt again to check how much my friends' drinks were then I realized that the receipt that was given to me was "voided"/"cancelled". As you can see from the picture on the top of the receipt says "Voided Sales" and at the bottom right corner says "Cancelled". I then checked my Societea app to see if there was transaction history and to see if I got the points that I tried to collect, and I didn't see any transaction for that day. I'm very disappointed and I feel cheated by the staff/owner there as I paid my order in full and I scanned by reward card but only they voided the sales and which means my points also got voided. I also realized that it was not the first time that they did that. On March 1st, I also purchased drinks from the same location under 2 different transaction but one of the purchases on that day was also voided. I was happy that Chatime finally opened a location in Milton, but after what happened, I'm not sure if I want to continue support this location. This is very disappointing! If you visit this location, always check your receipt and ask for the card receipt if you pay with cards, especially if you try to collect points, always make sure that they didn't voided your purchase and your points!

First time been to chat time. The staff is great. She helped me with picking drinks that I am not familiar with.

I recently stopped by ChaTime with my daughter, and we had such a great time! The worker (Sumaya) was super nice to my kiddo, which I really appreciated. It's not always easy keeping a little one happy, but she made it look effortless, I was almost blown away! Now, let's talk about the amazing drinks – they were seriously so good! I'm a bit of a picky drinker, so I don't always like what I get, but I could tell that I could trust her with my drink. It's clear they know what they're doing behind that counter. Overall, we had a fantastic time at ChaTime. Great service, awesome drinks, and a friendly vibe. Will definitely return!
