This review is for the owner of the store. It saddens me that this occurred today as we have had nothing but positive experiences here. I ordered 3 large drinks today. I came with my baby in her stroller. All is well, owner took my order and was pleasant as usual. Until the drinks came, I asked for a tray to carry the 3 drinks. He said they don’t provide that, but can provide a bag. That was fine with me, however, the owner said the bag would cost 15cents. Now, here’s the thing, how often does anyone carry money anymore, worst to have exactly 15cents… He was polite and apologized but without the 15cents, no bag. This meant I had to carry the 3 drinks and push the stroller out to my vehicle. I mean, good for him for sticking to his protocol but I feel exceptions can be made in special circumstances, such as taking a small loss in this instance to help a regular patron with a baby out. I stand by on having positive experiences and quality bbts each time. Just surprised at the interaction today after venturing here specifically with my baby after finding out the Wonderland location is closed.

Quick service and good drinks. A little pricey for the sizes but flavor makes up for it for an occasional treat.

I have been here a few times and always had a good experience! Service is above average - the person at cash is friendly, helpful and patient. I've also noticed the person who makes the drinks really pays attention to getting the right proportions and doing a good job. Convenient location with it being right in the mall.
