The new location in Falls Church is a different experience than the former place in Arlington, VA. The food was on point, and our server was competent, friendly, and on point. I know I'll be back for sure.
We just moved to Virginia about a week ago and me and my husband were looking for a seafood restaurant. I personally am very picky with my seafood mainly because I have gotten sick before at other restaurants. But this place was beautiful the service was wonderful, they are very attentive! And cleanly! A family ate next to us and when they left, the staff wasted no time in getting that table cleaned up and ready for the next guests to be served. Oh yeah, our server even asked if there are any dietary restrictions, and that to me was the cherry on top! I know some people are allergic to shellfish, thankfully I’m not allergic but it’s the fact that they did ask. This place is wonderful and I believe everyone should experience a restaurant like this! We will definitely be returning!!
Good spot for some yummy food only thing I don't like is that they automatically charge you a 20% percent search charge for service and convenience but yet you are still waiting for food and drinks
My daughter wants Chasin Tails every year on her birthday. It’s her thing! We were so sad to see the Centreville location closed, so we decided to try the Falls Church location. Wow! It’s so nice and clean, modern but still cozy. The food was awesome. One thing that stood out as being extra exceptional was the service. Our server Madeline (sp?) was so warm and positive. She made us feel like VIP guests, surprised my daughter with a birthday dessert (beignets, yummm!) and a hand written birthday card with a gift. I almost never leave reviews, but this one was extra important. I hope the team at Chasin Tails knows how lucky they are to have Madeline represent them. She is a gem. Thank you!!!
I ordered a pound of crawfish, I was literally given 10 small and medium crawfish, a pound usually has about 25-30. This is clearly not a pound, and it seems a bit deceiving to try to pass this off as a pound. Gave a star for the flavor though.
