Chase Gate

Went for breakfast, me and wife waited over an hour, finally came, it was cold sent it back and got a refund. To be fair, they offered us another breakfast, but we didn't have time

Poor service! For a weekend. hardly any staff to take orders at bar long wait for food. mash potato was frozen stuff warmed up.

Not visited here for a while and probably won't again in a hurry. Visited a lunchtime on a Saturday. The empty car park should have been a warning! Sat in conservatory area which was pleasant however the room needs refurbishing. Looked very tatty in places. In need of a lick of paint. The food came quickly but was Luke warm. I had the chicken new Yorker. The chicken was lovely and tender but the chips were cold. Portion size good but needed to be warm!! My sister had the chicken sandwich. She said same that the chips were cold but the chicken tender. Such a shame as being part of the hungry horse chain expectations were high and we were disappointed.

The service was second to none, absolutely brilliant, the food was nice and the atmosphere was chill and family friendly. Will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to all the team at the chase gate

Good food fair price lovely staff good cake

Very average won't be rushing back Chicken wasn't great had to find the bacon but more than plenty BBQ sauce
