Charlie D's pizza

I love this place!! The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always good. Jackie makes the best village pizza! I had to eat half of it before posting the review otherwise you wouldn't believe me.

We visited this place, first time, late on a Friday. They had no chicken dishes as they ran out because of a large party. But they still had chicken wings. So we ordered the wings and 2 pizzas, they looked and taste amazing, until it sat in our stomages and then it was whole other story... Visit with caution.

Driver did not drop off pizza. Kept it and drove off. Whoever answered the phone told me 20-30minutes for pizza replacement. Then it took an hour instead. Pizza came cold and the place is less than 5 miles away. Update 05.15.2024 Your team never reached out to me. I reached out to them. So your telling me that you did not charge me for the stolen pizza, but charged me for the cold one that came later? I was still charged for a pizza. I called your store directly to avoid using door dash and to support small businesses. You then made me use Door Dash as a third party after the transaction was made.

Wait was extremely long, asked for mushrooms in my fettuccine paid extra and still didn’t get them. Definitely need more staff for how many people were waiting around

Hands down the best pizza in this area.

The pizza here isn't really anything to write home about. It's got your standard fare, but nothing on the menu really stands out from other pizza places. I'd say it's probably a step above chains like Marco's, but it's below Papa John's. It's not bad - it's just average.

This used to be my absolute favorite pizza around. I moved out of state for a while & just got back. Crust & sauce are still excellent. But, I paid for double mushrooms and there were whole slices with no mushrooms at all. Also paid extra for cup & char pepperoni and it was super thick, greasy, and not charred at all, or even crispy on the edges.

Called in order to pick up. Ordered thin crust pizza with all kinds of veggies and lots of feta cheese . I was amazed at the size of the veggies. Big pieces and lots of them. It smelled so good on the way home I wanted to eat a piece. It was so good I ate 3 pieces and wish I had room for more. ❤️ thank you Charlie D's Pizza . I'll be back.

We have ordered many many times for delivery. The last 3 pizzas have been overcooked. I called today to speak to the manager to address this before ordering. This man literally fought with me stating the pizza cooks for 6 mins and it’s not burned. I replied that the crust is burnt, he told me that was sauce. Instead of ensuring me that I would not get a burnt pizza, he chose to project that I was lying and stupid. I kindly said, no problem I would order from another place, he has ok. WOW, I bet the owner wouldn’t like that much! Safe to say they lost our business manly for how unprofessional the man that identified himself as a manager was. The girl that answered phone grilled me on why I wanted to speak to a manager! I have a feeling they have been getting lots of complaints! Give another small business your business, they don’t appreciate here and they will insult your intelligence!
