Charleys Cheesesteaks

This place was amazing to eat at this morning. The girl at the register was extremely nice and helped me out o because of my dietary restrictions I had and the sandwich was so good I chose the steak sandwich with fries and it was good. Definitely coming back :) Dietary restrictions: I wanted very little cheese and no mayo because I’m gluten and dairy free

This was my first time going and trying the food. There was 3 employees, a man cooking the food and 2 girls. The 1 at the cashier her name is Cristina, you can barley hear anything she’s saying, she needs to speak up louder. The other girl who was in the kitchen helping, was VERY RUDE and had an attitude and was rolling her eyes! She was slamming the food on the counter as well, when my number was called I had asked to verify what number was it that called and when she answered me she says yeah and rolls her eyes at me and slams the fries on the counter. Totally uncalled for and not necessary! When I went back to ask to speak with the manager, turns out the one who had the attitude and rolling eyes was manager!! Makes the situation even worse since she’s the manager and she know better. When she came up to me she knew what I was going to say and tell her and she started apologizing for the way she slammed the food and didn’t mean to give attitude. She claims they’re busy and she’s just trying to hurry up!! There was nobody there when I got there? It was myself and my boyfriend and another lady that showed up after me. Either way it’s still no excuse and unacceptable! I hope corporate sees this or someone that’s higher up because they for sure need to do better with hiring the right people!! First and last time I go there!

Rotten tomatoes

I love coming to eat here and the workers always explain any questions or issues I have with the menu. Today the young lady and gentleman even helped me double pack this large order I had to go. I will for sure be coming back.

They serve a spins on the cheese steak. In the past, they never has a real on the menu. Well until now, they have one called old school. It's just meat and onions topped of with classic Cheese Whiz. Yes, Cheese Whiz, just like in Philly.

Loved eating here the food was pretty good and the girls there were fast with my orders I definitely recommend the gourmet fries best items there
