Couldn't find the meat

This location has really gone downhill. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. My order wasn’t correct and it was trash everywhere. I won’t be returning.

Food was great, every table was dirty ..had to clean to sit and eat.

Absolutely terrible ! I love Charley’s but really dread even having to come to this location because of their poor customer service and how trashed the inside is. I watched this staff act rudely to a couple because their order was missing fries . Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they had a nasty attitude and tried to imply that the customers already had the fries. Not to mention I ordered my food online 30mins prior and still had to wait 20 to get it . I really wish this location had better staff and customer service . Everything here is really trash unfortunately!

Very clean awesome food and customer service

Be prepared to wait an hour. You're better off going somewhere else. Jersey Mike's across the street is a lot faster.
