They didn’t let me know that they have a combo special everyday ( Philips cheese steak with fries)So they charged extra French fries. Steal

Pro: Fries are better than I remember. Con: I feel like they gave smaller meat portions than I remember. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was that of a typical food court, and the food was alright. Not bad, but not amazing. Parking: This location is in a food court. There is ample parking for the mall, but it is not directly connected to the restaurant itself. Kid-friendliness: It’s a mall, which is most definitely a kid-friendly environment.

The short guy is the absolute worst. i’ve gone here about 4x and each time he’s extremely rude. Today, i caught him saying rude things in spanish about non-spanish speaking customers, including myself. I also paid for the extra side of ranch and I kid you not I got about 3 dips before it was empty. If you’re going to work in the service industry, work on your dang customer service skills.

Would not recommend this place because they do not honor coupons from the app. I activated my coupon right in front of the cashier and they system wouldn't work.... and they still didn't honor the discount with a manual change considering the coupon was activated and would expire within the alloted time period. Ended up just leaving because they couldn't process the transaction and I refused to pay full price when I had an active coupon. Don't recommend this store at the Montgomery Mall.

My husband says they make the best philly steak so on tuesday 18th April 2023 we went there, got me a full philly steak, i would have loved to give a 5 star because it was really very filling but ive been purging and sick going on 3 days now. Maybe there was something wrong with the very one i ate? I dont know if anyone else got sick from eating this on this exact date but that is my experience.

They were really rude to me…. The cook AND the cashier. Not to mention, I said no lettuce and no tomato and it was on my sandwich anyway. Won’t come back.

Terrible customer service, my whole order was wrong, from the sandwich to the drink, I said buffalo chicken sandwich, somehow ended up with old skool, from Orange Fanta to Hi-C juice, the "cheese" fries came with no cheese, and The order number was right, it wasn't another customers order. Won't be coming back to this location. Don't bother going.

Food is really good :)
