Unique Raclette experience Only available Saturday from 8am to 2pm at Little Italy farmers market. We serve unique Raclette sandwiches and Bowls. Our Raclette cheese is imported from Auvergne, France & is Unpasteurized. Our truffle Raclette cheese is from Switzerland. We only use high quality ingredients. We also include breakfast options with Organic cage-free eggs. Everything is made fresh to order. We scrape off the Raclette cheese in front of you in the pure traditional way. We are also selling charcuterie products locally made, such as duck Salami, wild boar salami, Cornichon, duck rillettes and a variety of truffle products as well.
