Wish I'd read reviews before ordering

Over an hour and 15mins delivery time. Turned up cold,and basically inedible!!!!!, you can't contact them directly, and if you do and complain, they simply hang up !!!!!!, a totally useless business, save your money and go elsewhere !!!!!!!.

Ordered delivery, took an hour at not the busiest time of day. Arrived cold, pita bread was burnt and not cut so had to put filling in myself. Meat was full of fat and grizzle. Won’t be using these again.

Over 45 mins late and arrived cold! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

ordered on just eat took over a hour to arrive food was stone cold and not cooked properly ordered cheesy chips and there was barely any cheese on them i’m not happy with the service at all i highly recommend you do not go here

Ordered a kebab for delivery... Disgusting. Over cooked and snappable lamb that went straight in the bin

I’m drunk and starving, and would usually eat anything but can’t bring myself to eat this sorry excuse for a kebab! Honestly wouldn’t feed it to my dog, How Charcoal Grill still manages to hold a licence to serve (food) will be one of life’s mysteries

Beyond Rank, how is this place in business? Its horrific. I had a kebab and it was so dry and hard, the box had dirty finger prints on. Absolutely rank!
