Specializing in fresh hand-cut beef hotpot, we draw inspiration from the popular Chaoshan beef hot pot. Getting two heads of fresh and whole Angus cattle from our supplier each week, we separate the cattle in our own kitchen. The meats are never frozen, resulting in a texture and flavor different from most beef available on the market. The broths are made from the beef bone daily, cooked for 8 hours daily. We also take pride in our clay pot rice, Chaoshan-style congee, stir-fried beef ho fun, and Chaoshan braised delicacies (braised duck, beef tongue, squab, etc). We also carry the traditional Chinese American menu items such as General Tso's Chicken. We have private dining rooms that seat up to 16, with complimentary karaoke available.
