Cham Bakery

Sharing our family pita bread is our way to give back to the community that so warmly welcomed us in 2012 when we arrived here from Syria. Originally from Damascus, Syria, the Alderie family opened Cham Bakery to provide St. Louis restaurants and grocers with local Middle Eastern pita bread. Our recipe was passed down from grandfather to father to son. Our bread is meant to be shared with family and friends, at every meal of the day. As the first pita bread company in St. Louis, Cham Bakery takes pride in our product consistency, our customer service and of course, representing our heritage by sharing our traditional bread.
