Best place to have tea in Cardiff. Absolutely love the staff working there

Really enjoyed trying all the different chai types in my last few visits. Love the pink chai with nuts the most. It's really lovely in there and the staff are nice too.

Amazingly very fantastic place with super Aalo parathas ! Highly recommended! Rudrank was outstanding! His ownership toward is so addictive I thought he is an owner !good luck for his career ! Vegetarian options: Aaloo parathas !

Absolutely amazing chai …but so sad to say the staff was not pleasant at all …very bad attitude…other than that …perfect!

Very disappointed. Soggy wet bun sent it back.. come back with cold aloo tikki. Masala chips was warm not hot.

I am a regular customer of Chaiiwala Cardiff branch but my last visit (6/4/2024) was far from ideal. The restaurant was pretty full yet there was no one manning the tills. Normally there is a bell at the counter which you can ding to grab attention but this was missing as well. I called a few times to be served but there was no response. Unfortunately my love of chaii was too great to walk out so in my last attempt to get lucky to be served I reluctantly took the liberty to walk across the unsecured counter to grab attention. I was instantly met with attitude instead of an apology for giving priority to your phone (Yes! I saw you on your phone) rather than customer service. You should know the competition for Chaii is fierce on city road, now more than ever and there is no shortage of "Chaiiwalas" anymore. I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on and I won't be visiting this branch anymore. PS: Chaiiology across the road provides a much better customer experience.
