Chai Point - B Block, Connaught Place

Worst Boba tea I’ve had in my life! The bobas tasted left a plasticky residue in my mouth which I had to throw off! Also the taste was really bad. Not recommended

I have ordered 3 cups of tea by table scanner and I get my order 38 minutes back the waiting time is too long this is my first time visit on chai point for small meetup discussion definitely go there to discuss with the sip of tea but service might be too slow staff as compare to good active and fast but service got delay good welcome on gate by saying namastey interior is also good place situated on prime location need improvement on service

Very much disappointed by the service, as AC temperature was too cold to sit I told staff to switch it off for sometime but they didn't listen to it .

The specialty of B Block Chai Point is that they have a really quiet zone on the first floor where one can work and talk in peace. It is very spacious with nice interiors. The cold coffee is 😊 !
