I keep coming here for the food, just because it tastes like street food. Low pricing, and everything tastes great. Service isn't a part of the restaurant, and it generally isn't crowded. Don't expect ambience from this place, feels like you're in a flea market.
Ordered Masala Puri, will not order again.
I went to buy julebi, but it doesn't look like what it used to be.
Great food and service , love it
Terrible food!! We tried masala dosa, Paneer butter masala dosa all were very low quality and poor in taste
1st time had breakfast in chatndosa.Food tasty n amazing..and price reasonable compare to Chicago. manager Sai is very smart n knowledgeable.Very activate during his work schedule.
Got a dosa, samosa, and milk cake. All were amazing. the choices of chutney are great. I loved the tomato and the coconut especially. Very friendly and I’ll be back for more! Also, portions are large and I left with enough for a second meal.
Food is Good ... Must Try
Update: 09/09/24
there is the issue with the maintenance at restaurant these days. for more than a week no one even cared about cleaning the main door. an unpleasant smell is there for a week now but no one’s seems to be bothered about taking care of that. The management needs to visit the restaurant often and if possible provide some number or box for suggestion or any concerns.
Hope to see the improvements soon.

Update 07/09/2024
a very lovely place to have food…. just need some more efforts to make things beautiful…
1. Add some cultural images from various Indian cultures (South Indian, Gujrati and Rajasthani). This will give ambiance a fresh and homely feeling.
2: Add different Pranthas (Potato, Onion, Paneer and Cabbage) in to the menu.Especially on weekends.
3. Try to bring some regional specialties on weekends like Saag and Makka ki roti, Rajma Chawal or Kadhi Chawal.
4. Need to improve quality of Rotis and Naan. Avoid ready to cook ones.
5. Try to add Salad like sprouts, chickpeas etc as healthy eating.
6. If possible replace curd with Rayata (need to have some bundi, or chopped onions handy and it is ready).
7. Last but not least, cleaning. Your staff is very good and humble and maintain the cleanliness but a little extra effort can do the trick.
Happy to help, if any needed!

Updating the comment as no choice left. Several attempts made to reach management.
1. Request the management / owner to lookin in to the HAC. There was no heater the whole winter and now restaurant is just running on 1 celling fan and 2 table tops. At time, it is difficult to even sit there forget about eating and enjoying the hot food.
2. Quality of Food: This changes even faster than an actress can change dress. I do not understand the cooks do not stay for long or they start taking things on grant... Few of our last orders were not good at all. No one would repeat a place again after that kind of food.
Request from management to intervein before it is too late.

Old Review:
This place has been a daily hangout for my family for last few months. As soon as my little one feels hungry he says," Mumma let's go Chaat and Dosa". About the place: place ia nice and tidy with a very good and soft spoken staff. Quality of food is good, nothing too spicy and that helps us to come again and again.
Thali is their signature item and i would say is a must try...
All the best to Chaat and dosa team and keep up the good work...
I ordered two menu items, one I had before elsewhere and a dosa, which I had not had previously, on the recommendation of the gentleman working the front counter. I took it home 10 minutes down the street to my home and everything was still HOT and FRESH, which I cannot say for many restaurants these days. Not to mention, so delicious, flavorful and great quantities for what I paid. 10/10 would eat here again and recommend.
