Absolutely amazing service! Went above and beyond! drinks are very customizable and the doughnuts are amazing (especially matcha) me and my sister come here often and I have never once had a bad experience. Overall amazing place and would highly recommend

A friend took me here and I was skeptical because there are so many boba places and most are mediocre. It sits in a plaza along with many other drink and pho places on 71st. Staff greeted us and was patient as we looked over the big menu. I ultimately decided on the strawberry milk tea as it was marked as a favorite and I’m so glad I did! They were so fast making our drinks and it was delicious! Aesthetics are nice and minimal in this store. I enjoyed it and would gladly come back.

I was very happy about my smoothie with boba! It was delicious, the employees were very friendly and patient while we were deciding what to add into our smoothies. It was a little bit cold in there but it makes sense since they make cold drinks. The price was reasonable considering the quality, quantity and flavor options. I highly recommend you look into Cha Bubble Tea even if it’s once, they did not disappoint.

Great boba tea shop that is locally owned. I honestly think that the taste of their teas/smoothies/coffees is better than most boba tea franchises. Props to the owner and staff for creating tasty and authentic tastes. I also appreciate the drinks that they will newly introduce so that we can try out new flavors that are more unique. The atmosphere of the store is very homey and you feel like you can spend time there with your friends comfortably. The staff also seems like they genuinely enjoy working with each other and also treat customers with respect. We love going here and it is a staple go-to place for us to go to for a relaxed socializing atmosphere.
